for fitness reason at what age the curve of pro players go down in rankings? lets take palmer as an example,he is 31 years i think his curve is going down from no2 in april 2007 now he is no5 , do any body knows a pro player that lasted
in the top 10 psa over 35 or40 years , maybe rodney eyles. |

i am just trying to have a note, i do not mean plamer particulary ,being at top 5 at 31is wonderfull thing, younger
players is bushing hard ramy,wellstrop,gutieux |

I think Palmer has one more period of time of superb squash in him. Do not think he will get back to 1 but he will get some big tournament wins I am sure. Maybe another 2 or 3 years left I reckon.
As a sidenote it is generally recognised that most Pros peak at 27 or 28. This makes Goughy 10 years past his peak and look at the results he pulls out. He must be some sort of squash freak. |
