Does anyone know of a site that has a lot of drills ???

or does anyone know a site that has typed up the drills from the JP dvd i want to get it but its expensive and takes a while to reach egypt by delivery.

ps. are there any sites that have full games or matches for free i dont think there is anything with the word free nowadays

Buy the David Palmer or Jonathan Power dvd, some great exercises on there.
Personally i prefer the Palmer dvd.

(from very basic level to professional level drills for 1, 2, 3 person)

Jonathon Power Exposed DVD - 2DVDs
1st DVD contains some good and inspiring drills and 2nd one is bunch of strategy and clothing offer Wink

The Making Of World Champion - DAVID PALMER DVD
contains DP training sessions - hard and far too hard for beginners and intermediate players
but it is inspiring to watch it and to catch something.

Regarding your query for **FREE* matches or games - you answered that yourself. Squashlive has a lot expensive and superbly filmed matches, PSA related sita PSALIVE.tv have a lot but lower quality and reasonably priced.
Squashlive may be bought through squashsite store http://www.securepay-online.com/squashsite/acatalog/DVD_s.html I believe
and http://www.psalive.tv/ have a shop with DVDs (you can get DIVx quality downloads as well)

it says on the JP site that there is a typed of list of the drills so you can remember them when you go out. Can anyone be so kind and post a list of the drills (typing).
