| Why does the WISPA exist? Aside from the top 10-15 ranked players, they just aren't very good. I watch the game play and wonder what is the point? Inside the top 50, some of them obviously lack fitness. I mean come one, fitness is the easiest thing remedied. What is the point, if they don't fully train I have no respect. |

huh?........
Thats funny, I play at the same club as a girl who is around #50 and she is pretty damn fit. She is at the gym all the time training, doing drills, etc.
I almost feel like I should not respond to this post, but I would like to hear a bit more from our monkey/sage friend here. |

I think monkey in genaral is speaking of the low level of women players outside the top 10. I completly agree with this. I was at dayton watching the pros, and the womens final was so boring... zzzzzzzz! In some cases as Mark said some players do have a good fitness level. _________________ Squash... and squash... ... and finally squash |

| I totally agree with the original post....... what makes me wonder is that some of these women do not look fit... they actually look over weight... that may not be popular to say, but it is the truth as I see it. |

Weight doesnt hav much to do with it if ur capillaries are far reaching. it just means ur running with a kilo or 2 extra which makes a tiny difference. Womens squash is boring compared to mens. It's a pity theres no hot ones running around to increase interest. _________________ If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite |

I thought that the final between Rachael Grinham and Nicol David at the British Open this year was far more exciting than the Gaultier/Lincou match...but that's just my opinion. I find some mens squash boring aswell as some womens squash. _________________ Kirsty |
