Hello,
I have recently had major surgery on my playing wrist. part of my wrist was fused so there is a lot less movement in it now, 15 degrees flexion and 20 degrees extension. do you think that this would affect my squash playing much? the physio seems to think I might not play again. any help or advice is greatly appreciated on how this might affect technique.
Thanks

This sounds pretty major and, whilst I have no experience of anything similar, it certainly sounds that the level of restricted movement will cause you problems. Have you tried it out yet since your operation?

I recently had keyhole surgery on my knee to remove debris and clean up the bone, etc. and am looking forward to getting back on court in early January. Anyone out there with tales to tell of this type of operation and their recovery time?
