ages ago there was a guide-to-squash site, I am not sure whether it works now. click and check: http://www.guide-to-squash.org/pages/front/index2.html -- you actually have stolen those lessons from them.

I thought that guide-to-squash had been disrupted, but I've just seen that it is back to life!
