| I thought i was the only one. hey listen, im abit taller and weigh even less. But it is a family trait and in the genes, so if this is the same for you and you are healthy otherwise you should be ok. It is actually advantageous because your lungs have to support less muscle. But skinnier people just like overweight people need to pay attention to nutrition because they tend to have a higher metabolism. I have trouble eating lots, so I try to eat fast to get enough pasta and salads down before feeling full. If I stop or eat slow I get too full and only eat half a plate. As for squash tips there are lots of suggestions from others. Oh, and we're about the same age. If anyone suggests weights you can try it, but for me I can't keep the muscle on the body because genes dictate it be shed anyways. Lung capacity and fitness, however, I can maintain somewhat easier. hope this helps! |
