I'll be on a temporary assignment in London for a period of 3 or 4 months. The office I will be working out of is Canary Wharf. I would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations of Squash Clubs in the area. I've never been in London or the U.K.
Thanks |

| That is actually a bit of a problem. Only courts in the area are to be found in the basement of 1 Cabot square (Credit Suisse bldg). Part of the Livingwell chain of gyms with 3 fab pristine glassback courts that belong to the gym. However unless you are working for Credit Suisse or Barclays capital it is a problem as the gym only accepts members from those firms. Depending on the level you play at you can try to contact Jaz, the squash coach (coaches there and at Queens) and appeal to him. He will take guests for team trainings on tuesday lunches and club night on thursday evenings and is also a great personality. Those are also the best days to catch him there. Other than that there are no courts in the vicinity which is a real shame! |
