I know who you are talking about as he did a world record attempt at squash playing continuously a few years ago for world squash day events. With careful words i would say that he is a nice man but maybe one short of a picnic.
Needless to say after playing this amount of squash some weight might well be lost!! |

That's Mark Bellinger from www.bellingersports.com
He's got a piece of software called "The Squash Coach" which does have some useful drills for coaching.
I wouldn't believe everything he says, especially about only playing squash to lose weight.
Perhaps it worked for him but in my opinion a healthy diet with free weights and cardio will shed the fat and weight.

| It seems interesting as a novelty, a record attempt, fundraiser or just some club fun. But to do it as weight loss technique seems a bit strange. I'd rather do some other things for 18 hours. |

I'd love to do that full time than sit at a computer desk all day.
Thing is, I can't risk quitting my job and hoping work will come along.
Any tips?
