Rest.
And get your swing checked by a good squash coach. _________________ ........ Squash is a drug - and remember there is always someone better than you........ |

| Golf, a whole lot of walking....soooooo...physically demanding...sooooo...athletic. One time, when it was like 35 degrees out I think i might have seen a drop of perspiration on a pro player, maybe. They'd probably have their caddy wipe it off them it it ever happened. |

| I have found those straps/supports that you can get from chemists etc that wrap around your arm really help. |

the very simple cure, like every other minor injury you get in any sport.. is rest! Stop playing and make your decisions based on your body. When it doesn't hurt to swing a racket for more than half an hr you're probably alright. And while golf isn't athletic it's hella fun. _________________ If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite |

| hold your arm out straight and move your wrist back and forth so that your forearm is stretching and working. 3 sets X 10, 3 X / day. Tennis elbow go away. |

I also suggest to get your swing checked with a pro. Almost all players I have seen who suffer from tennis elblow swing the racquet too fast and in a 'jerky' fashion. _________________ My Squash Profile

| Definitely rest. Better to rest longer than needed then to comeback early and re-injure it. |
